Drywall Finishing in Antelope, CA

Texture match or a true smooth wall. We tape, coat, and finish Antelope homes from Fairfield — knockdown, orange peel, skip trowel, Level 4, or Level 5. A 1990s tract wall next to a rebuild kitchen will show if we guess the pattern.

Joints and fasteners coated the right number of times. This is the work under every texture and every smooth wall.

1980s Tract vs 1990s Planned Streets vs Rebuild Kitchens

Antelope is an unincorporated Sacramento County CDP northeast of Sacramento and southwest of Roseville — ZIP 95843, Walerga Road, Antelope Road, Elverta Road, Don Julio Boulevard, Watt Avenue, Interstate 80. It is not a downtown city and it is not one wall spec. Most of today’s streets were planned in the late 1980s and 1990s: Antelope Meadows, Barrett Ranch, North Country, Antelope Highlands, Antelope Ridge. Those rooms usually carry builder orange peel or light knockdown. A 2000s pocket or a kitchen rebuild is a different plane. Those rooms do not take the same spec.

The usual mismatch is a kitchen of new board meeting original tract texture. Occupied houses need dust control. Matching the house still beats a trend texture in one room.

Send a wide shot and a shot in side light. That photo decides match vs Level 4 vs Level 5 faster than a tract name.

Antelope Finishing FAQs

Do you do drywall finishing in Antelope?

Yes. Antelope finishing from our Fairfield shop — texture match, Level 4, Level 5, popcorn removal, and repair blend in 95843.

Can you match orange peel or knockdown on a remodel?

Yes. That is the usual Antelope request when a kitchen meets a 1990s tract wall in Antelope Meadows, Barrett Ranch, or North Country. Photos in side light first.

Do I need Level 5 in Antelope?

Only if the light and the paint need it — a modern kitchen, dark color, satin or gloss. Eggshell in a soft-lit bedroom is usually Level 4. Production tract framing often cannot take a Level 5 promise.

Can you skim old texture to smooth?

Often yes, if the board is sound. Old orange peel or knockdown to Level 5 is more work than finishing new board. Popcorn-off-then-smooth is less common here than on older ranch stock, but we do it when the ceiling still has it.

Do you work in occupied Antelope houses?

Yes. We protect floors and contain dust. A whole-house skim is still a dusty job — plan rooms.

Do you work in Antelope Meadows, Barrett Ranch, and North Country?

Yes. Those areas, Antelope Highlands, Antelope Ridge, and streets near Walerga Road, Antelope Road, Elverta Road, and Don Julio Boulevard are on the same finishing page. Text the street with the photos.

How much does drywall finishing cost in Antelope?

It follows the finish, the square footage, and whether we match texture or skim. Photos first. Written scope — no hidden fees.

Are you licensed in California?

Yes. CSLB #265709. Look it up before you book us or anyone else.
